YOGA CLASSES

Enjoy a different kind of Yoga through mindful movement & mobility. 

 

Our unique classes are instructed by Movement Educator Meghan Marie, who has over twenty years of experience teaching dance and drama to children and adults with varying physical and mental abilities. 

 

These classes have been designed to draw on inspiration from the mindful aspects of Yoga and apply them to movements with a purpose. Three classes to choose from, there is something for everyone

9:30 AM Kids Yoga (ages 3-6 years) 30 MIN 

10:15 AM Parent + Kids Yoga (ages 5-15 years) 45 MIN 

11:15 AM Mindful Mobility (ages 15+) 60 MIN
