With manual osteopathy you stay fully clothed, and treatment combines soft tissue work, muscle activation and joint mobilizations. Massage uses lotion, with more skin contact and a focus on soft tissue.

Osteopathy uses gentle joint mobilizations and soft tissue work throughout the whole body. Chiropractic care is more focused on the spine and can include adjustments.
