IMPROVE YOUR MOVE with Emma and her epic TX with TRX class on Saturday mornings!

 

TX with TRX stands for Treatment with Total Body Resistance Exercise. This unique class, is in a small group setting designed specially to use body weight and gravity to help:

  • Build strength

  • Improve balance and co-ordination

  • Enhance flexibility, core and joint stability

This class is for EVERYONE, as it can be adjusted to all individual fitness and strength levels.

 

This class is kept to a maximum of 5 participates to ensure that Emma is able to attentively assess and instruct each of you throughout your workout.  This class will incorporate mobility and stretching to help optimize your movement, helping to decrease pain, improve your range of motion, increase your strength and improve your activities of daily life.
